7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at vedurjaventures@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product following the return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
